Summer Mini Chess Camp
Date: This Saturday, June 20th from 9:30am- 12:30 pm.
Location: ๐ Miller Conference Center, SLCC Miller Campus

Capacity: Limited to 20 campers
Level: Best for players who already know how the pieces move up to unratedโ1400
What to expect:
Fast-paced, fun, and focused: a 3-hour mini-camp packed with activities to improve campers game.
Hands-on short lessons: quick, practical mini-lessons on tactics, opening ideas, and endgame basics.
Puzzle-solving competition: timed team and individual puzzle challenges with exciting prizes for top performers.
Game analysis with the coach: bring a recent game (or play one during camp) and get personalized feedback and concrete improvement tips from our coach.
Practice play: supervised game sessions to apply lessons and test new ideas in real play.
Snacks provided: light refreshments to keep energy up during play.
Why attend:
Ideal for players building competitive skills (unrated to 1400).
A lively mix of instruction, puzzles, and games keeps learning engaging and effective.
What to bring:
Water bottle and light jacket.
A recent game or game link if you want it analyzed by the coach. ( Games can also be sent to Anna@Power-chess.com ahead of time)
